Return and Exchange Policy
- -Return and exchange are guaranteed rights for all our customers, covering all products displayed on our store.
- -All products offered on our store are eligible for the return and exchange policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- -Return or exchange is possible if the product is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase and is wrapped in the original packaging.
- -Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- -Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- -Please take pictures of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number to replace it with another product in case the product is spoiled or has a specific defect or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- -The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.
- -We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
- -A deduction of 30 percent or a value not less than 25 dirhams is applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any notable issue.
