What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy for details on return and exchange conditions. In case of a manufacturing defect and an agreed-upon return, shipping costs to the company and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, the product value will not be charged to the customer, as per our return policy.
